About the course
The primary vision of the ROSPIN Academy educational programme is to make aerospace & technology attractive for its participants, offering them a context to understand the complexity of the domain and its level of international collaboration, as well as to prepare them to join the sector.
ROSPIN Academy contains several courses, and the Lifecycle of a Space Mission (LSM) course is focused on developing a multi-disciplinary knowledge on space systems engineering, while exploring all the typical phases of space missions. As such, we also recommend that you first complete our Intro to Space Sector (ISS) course. The LSM lessons contain the same educational content that was covered within Level 2, which was the name of the LSM course before this transition to the MOOC format.
Once you start the course, you will have 8 weeks to complete the lessons, quizzes and final assignment delivered to you. A certificate will be awarded based on your score in the quizzes and performance in the final assignment, thereby we recognize the achievements of every alumni of this educational programme. In the future, a series of more advanced courses will be introduced and, to be eligible to enroll, the Graduation Certificate from both ISS and LSM will be required.
ROSPIN Academy is steered towards Undergraduate, Graduate and PhD students, as well as professionals who are eager to learn about the space domain or who are interested to enter this expanding industry.
